Previews are for listening, not for use
The music on this site is here so you can judge whether it fits your project. You may stream it for that purpose. You may not download, copy, rip, re-upload, synchronise, broadcast or otherwise use any recording or composition, in whole or in part, without a written licence signed by us. Listing a track here, or quoting a price for it, is not a licence.
Licences
Every licence is agreed separately in writing and sets out the media, territory, term and fee. Those written terms always take priority over anything on this website.
Information on the site
We describe tracks, tempos, keys, edits and rights status carefully, but the descriptions are for orientation. Availability and clearance are confirmed in the written licence, not by this page. We may change or remove content at any time.
Our rights
The recordings, compositions, text, design and the Turtuga name and mark belong to Turtuga Productions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Invitation pages
Some pages, such as First Listen, are shared by invitation only. Please do not forward the link or the code, and do not record or share unreleased music you hear there.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by the site being unavailable or by errors in its content, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, for example in the case of intent or gross negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
